Account Deletion Request

This page lets Inventory Pulse users request deletion of their owner account and business data outside the mobile app.

If you still have app access, the fastest path is inside the app: Settings > Delete account permanently.

What this request covers

Owner account deletion removes the Inventory Pulse account and merchant-scoped business data associated with it, including stores, staff access, items, customers, suppliers, transactions, stock records, and audit logs from the active service data set.

What we need from you

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we need enough detail to identify the owner account before we process the request.

Submit a deletion request

Fill in the details below. When you submit, your email app will open a prefilled message to support@blitxsoft.in.

Before you send it

Fastest in-app option

If you can still sign in as the owner, open Settings and use the built-in account deletion action.

Identity verification

We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting an account if the request details are incomplete or unclear.

We will respond through the contact details included in your request.

Deletion scope and retention

Data removed from the active service data set

  • Owner account access
  • Stores and store access mappings
  • Staff accounts for that merchant
  • Items, inventory, stock ledger, and alerts
  • Customers and suppliers
  • Orders, purchases, sales, transfers, payments, and audit logs
