About This Policy

Blitxsoft ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Inventory Pulse mobile application and related support resources. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when owners, staff members, and business users access the app and its connected services.

This policy applies to app use, support interactions, account recovery flows, and public privacy and deletion resources connected to Inventory Pulse.

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address
Technical, device, and diagnostic information

3

How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and maintain account access
  • Operate inventory, billing, ordering, purchasing, payment, and reporting workflows
  • Save and sync business records between the app and backend services
  • Support optional customer import from device contacts when the user chooses it
  • Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, sync failures, and app performance issues
  • Respond to support requests, account recovery, and deletion requests
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, and preserve service reliability
4

When We Share Information

We do not sell personal or business data.

We may disclose information only in limited cases such as:

  • To infrastructure, hosting, email, or support providers that help us operate the service
  • Within the same merchant workspace where the account owner authorizes staff access
  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or a valid legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Blitxsoft, users, or the service

We do not state that the app is ad-supported, and we do not describe advertising-based data use in this policy.

5

Permissions and Device Access

Internet access

Inventory Pulse uses network access to communicate with the configured backend, sync records, authenticate users, and send troubleshooting data when errors occur.

Contacts access

The app requests read access to contacts only for optional customer import. If a user does not grant this permission, the rest of the app can still be used without contact import.

Local files and generated exports

The app may create or open generated reports or exported files so the user can view them on the device. This is tied to app-generated content, not broad scanning of personal device files.

6

Data Retention

  • We retain account and business data while the account remains active and operational
  • Locally queued offline records may remain on the device until syncing succeeds, the user signs out, or app/account data is cleared
  • Support and diagnostic records may be kept for troubleshooting, security, product reliability, and operational follow-up
  • After a valid deletion request is processed, we remove the relevant account and merchant-scoped service data, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup-recovery obligations

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the operational or legal reason for keeping it.

7

Data Security

  • We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure
  • Production app configuration is intended to use an HTTPS backend connection
  • Session secrets are stored using platform-secure mechanisms where available
  • Role-based access controls help limit who can view or perform certain actions inside the app

No system can guarantee absolute security, and no internet or device-based service is completely risk-free.

8

Your Choices and Rights

You may be able to:

  • Review and update business information inside the app
  • Deny optional contacts permission and continue using the app without contact import
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account-related data
  • Contact us if you need help with account recovery, deletion, or privacy-related questions

We may ask for information to verify the request before making changes to an account or deleting data.

9

Account Deletion

If the app allows owner account creation and sign-in, users must also have a way to request deletion.

In-app deletion

Owner accounts can request deletion from the app through Settings using the account deletion action.

Outside-the-app deletion route

Users can also request deletion through our public Account Deletion Request page.

Deletion scope

When a valid owner-account deletion request is completed, we remove the active merchant-scoped account and business records associated with that account, such as stores, staff accounts, inventory data, parties, transactions, stock history, and audit logs, subject to limited exceptions described in this policy.

10

Children's Privacy

Inventory Pulse is intended for business and operational use and is not directed to children under 13.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with the latest revision date.
